In this guide, we will walk through the basics of how to get started with Remesh Video. Remesh is an an AI-powered insights platform helping the world's most innovative brands unlock rich, scalable insights in record time.

If you have not yet received an email invitation to create your Remesh account, please reach out to your Workspace Administrator for access. If your organization does not yet have Remesh access, please get in touch!
Building Your Video Conversation
Building a conversation in Remesh is like setting your foundation. It allows you to customize the participant experience and outline questions you would like to ask your participants.
First, create your Conversation…
…then adjust your schedule and settings before building out Onboarding Polls, Pre-Interview Questions and Post-Interview Questions. Each Video Conversation can contain up to 10 Video Interviews and you can engage with up to 25 participants per Video Interview.

Moderating Your Video Conversation
Video Conversations require a Moderator to speak with participants. On the day of your Video Interview you can access the Moderator space by clicking the Video Interview button in your Conversation and then click Join next to the Video Interview you’d like to start.

- We recommend utilizing our Practice Feature to practice Remesh Video moderation ahead of your Conversation.

Video Analysis
Once you have ended an Interview, you will immediately have access to a variety of Analysis tools. As you end subsequent Interviews, each recording & transcript will be incorporated into your total Analysis suite.
- Summaries:* Use the summary of interviews to identify specific interviews you might want to look at more closely, before investigating individual interview summaries to identify interviews you may want to pull video clips from.
- Keyword Search: Access an individual interview and use our keyword search function to quickly identify sections of your Video Interview you would like to export.
- Export Clips: Use our clip creation tool to export your video to include in a report or documentation.

- How do I sign up for a Remesh account?
To gain access to a Remesh account, you will need to be invited by an existing Workspace Administrator. Please reach out to your Workspace Administrator to receive an invitation to create your account. If your organization does not yet have Remesh access, please get in touch! - I think I already have an account, but I don't remember my password. What should I do?
