### Overview

Remesh has three product offerings: Live, Flex and Video. In this guide you can find an overview of the difference between these offerings and when we recommend using each.

### Remesh Flex

Connect with your audience on their terms, overcoming time zones and packed schedules. Provide total flexibility with a refreshing participant experience.

Conduct video research on its own or connect it with your Live and Flex Conversations, ensuring a seamless flow of participants and data—all within Remesh.

### When to use Remesh Live

We recommend conducting a Live Conversation if you want to engage with your audience in real-time and pivot in the moment. Examples include:

- Brainstorming and idea generation with a group. The ability to follow up on participant comments allows you to creatively brainstorm ideas quickly with a large group.
- You want to get quick feedback or compare ideas or concepts. You can often walk away from a Live Remesh Conversation with an idea of next steps and how your audience feels.
- Engaging with employees who are burnt out on surveys. The Live experience is much different and more engaging than a traditional survey.
- Building trust with employees. Adding on-the-fly messages and targeted probing questions can build trust and help employees feel heard.

### When to use Remesh Flex

We recommend Remesh Flex in situations where it may be challenging to get all participants to access at the same time. Examples include:

- Participants are across multiple time zones. Participants can easily access a Flex Conversation when convenient to them.
- You are targeting a challenging participant group such as doctors or hourly workers. Flex requires less time commitment as well as the flexibility of sharing responses at their own pace.

### **When to use Remesh Video**

We recommend conducting a Video Conversation if you want to follow up with a smaller group of participants. Examples include:

- Conduct an initial Live of Flex Conversation gathering feedback on a topic, then follow up with a smaller group of participants and invite them to a Video Conversation to gather even deeper insights.
- Conduct a video focus group with key stakeholders to understand organizational perspectives.
- Conduct in-depth-interviews with individual consumers, incorporate those changes into refining your concepts, then collect feedback at scale with a Flex conversation.

### Frequently Asked Questions

- **Will Remesh save a participant's progress if they leave and return to a Flex conversation?**  
  If a Participant returns to a Flex participant link within 24 hours in the same browser, their progress will be saved. After 24 hours if they return to the link in the same browser, they will start again at the beginning but their responses will still be captured.
