Summary Page in Flex

Overview

After you launch a Flex conversation, a section titled “Summary” is available to use. In this section, you’ll be able to view data on termination logic, quotas, and questions while the Flex conversation is running.

How it Works 

  • After a Flex conversation has been launched, you will see an icon become available on the left side of the screen. This is where you will find the Summary page.
  • Click the Summary Icon
  • Across the top of the page, you will see the timeline for your Flex conversation and a hyperlink titled Edit Schedule
  • To end your conversation early click Edit Schedule You will be taken to the Schedule tab and from here you can adjust the End Date to your preference. 
  • Three tabs exist on the Summary page. Those tabs are Screener, Quotas, and Conversation.

Onboarding Polls

Monitor the progress of your Onboarding polls after your Flex conversation has begun on the Summary page. Here, you’ll be able to see if audience members are being terminated based upon the termination logic you programmed in your onboarding polls.

Quotas

From the Quotas tab, you’ll be able to view the progress of your quotas. View the status of your quota– if its open or has been reached – and see a progress bar 

Conversation

The Conversation tab shows your discussion guide in its sections. Click into a section and view data on each question asked during the conversation. The data includes the total number of views for each question, the dropout rate for each question, the number of participants that have completed the conversation, the number of participants that have started the conversation, the overall completion rate, and the completion time.
