Frequently Asked Questions
- Will the User Interface adjust for languages that are read right to left?
If you run a Conversation in Arabic or Hebrew the Remesh UI is not fully localized meaning that the UI does not adjust to be right to left, but the text is readable right to left. - Can I merge conversations that are in different languages?
Yes, using our On-Platform Merge feature you can merge multiple conversations in the languages listed in Language Feature Functionality. Please note that the responses will not be translated, so the output for open end responses will be in multiple languages. If you're interested in merging conversations and how On-Platform Merge works, you can learn more here! - Can one session support multiple languages?
Starting May 13th, you can conduct one Conversation in multiple languages! Check out this document for more information. - Is there any way to translate Live conversation participant responses in the moment as a moderator or observer?
Although the Remesh platform does not translate participant responses, if you view a conversation in Google Chrome you can install a Google Translate extension which allows you to translate the page into multiple languages. Please note this may not be accurate translations and it would not translate any of the exports at the end of your session.
