Supported Feature Appendix

Percent Agree, Highlights and Multi-Language Conversations are supported by all languages listed below.

Auto Code and Summarize are available with all languages listed below, but please note that output can vary greatly between languages. The Large Language Models that support these features have the most training in English and thus will be most accurate when used with English Conversations. These LLMs can also perform well in a range of other common languages, and still has some ability to communicate in less common languages. We recommend conducting a practice Conversation to test output quality if you intend to utilize AutoCode and/or Summarize when analyzing your non-English data.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will the User Interface adjust for languages that are read right to left?
If you run a Conversation in Arabic or Hebrew the Remesh UI is not fully localized meaning that the UI does not adjust to be right to left, but the text is readable right to left.
  • Can I merge conversations that are in different languages?
Yes, using our On-Platform Merge feature you can merge multiple conversations in the languages listed in Language Feature Functionality. Please note that the responses will not be translated, so the output for open end responses will be in multiple languages. If you're interested in merging conversations and how On-Platform Merge works, you can learn more here!
  • Can one session support multiple languages?
You can conduct one Conversation in multiple languages! Check out this document for more information.
  • If I am not conducting a multi-language Conversation is there any way to translate Live participant responses in the moment as a moderator or observer?
If you view a conversation in Google Chrome you can install a Google Translate extension which allows you to translate the page into multiple languages. Please note this may not be accurate translations and it would not translate any of the exports at the end of your session.
