Overview
Publishing allows participants to access your Conversation via their participant link. You must Publish your Conversation in order for participants to join and gain access. You can either manually publish your Conversation, or turn on Auto Publish which will automatically publish your Conversation 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Anyone who has edit access to a Conversation will be able to publish and unpublish Conversations.

Auto Publish
We recommend utilizing Auto Publish as it eliminates the need to manually publish your Conversation. You can toggle it on at any point before the conversation is published or started. If the conversation is already published or started, you will not be able to turn on Auto Publish.- Log into your Remesh account and locate the Conversation you would like to Publish.
- Navigate to the Schedule page and toggle on Auto Save, then click Save.
- If you hover over the Publish button after turning on Auto Publish, you will see a message indicating that the conversation will automatically be published 10 minutes before the conversation is scheduled to start.
You must complete setting up the rest of your conversation in order for the conversation to successfully Publish. If your conversation is incomplete or contains errors that would prevent it from publishing, you will see an error notification on the platform and you will receive an email warning in advance of the scheduled start time.
