Publish or Unpublish a Conversation

Overview

Publishing allows participants to access your Conversation via their participant link. You must Publish your Conversation in order for participants to join and gain access. Anyone who has edit access to a Conversation will be able to publish and unpublish Conversations.

Publishing

  1. Log into your Remesh account and locate the Conversation you would like to Publish. 
  2. Review your conversation set up and discussion guide.
  3. Once you Publish a Live Conversation, this will lock the Basic Details, Schedule, Onboarding Polls, Quota Targets, and the ability to import a Discussion Guide Excel template. This means you will no longer be able to edit those parts of your Conversation after Publishing. 
    Once you Publish a Flex conversation, you can still make limited edits to your Basic Details, Schedule and Onboarding Polls.
  4. Click the blue "Publish" button either in the Build view or Live view. In the Build view, the "Publish" button is in the upper right corner and in the Live view, the "Publish" button is in the center of the page.

Unpublishing

You can unpublish a Remesh Conversation, up until 15 minutes before a Conversation is scheduled to start.
 

  1. To unpublish, simply click “Published” in the top right.
  2. Then, from the dropdown menu, click “Unpublish”
  3. A popup window will appear to confirm your choice
