Account Creation Process
- To create an account, you need to be invited to your organization's workspace by an administrator. If a Team or Workspace administrator adds you, you will automatically receive an invitation via email to create your account.
If your organization does not yet have Remesh access, please get in touch!
- The sign up link contained in this email will only be valid for 24 hours. If you miss the 24 hour window, get in touch with your administrator who can resend the invitation.
- Upon clicking the link in your email, you will be asked to share some additional information about yourself to set up your account. Once you proceed, you will be taken to your Remesh dashboard!
Consenting to cookings will provide you with additional resources in the platform such as walkthroughs, feature updates and more!
Troubleshooting
I received a "Invalid Token" message.
This means your sign up link, which is valid for 24 hours, has expired. Please reach out to your administrator to resend the invitation.
I did not receive the invitation email.
Check your spam folder if you have not already. You can also search for the email the invitation was sent from (noreply@remesh.ai. Subject is "Welcome to Remesh!"). If you still do not see the invitation and 1 hour has passed since your administrator added you to the platform, reach out to them and they can resend the invitation.
I created my account, but I can't remember my password.
