Overview
Use the following resources to help ensure easy access to the Remesh platform. Remesh can be accessed as a participant on any phone, tablet or computer with access to the internet and a browser. We recommend moderators and observers access from a laptop or computer.
Before Your Conversation
If you or your participants intend to access the Remesh conversation via a work device, we recommend working through the following technology considerations with an IT professional at your organization ahead of the Conversation.
- Permit this URL: https://live.remesh.chat/* - please note that the link includes the asterisk
- Try the Remesh test link to ensure there are no additional IT concerns to address: https://live.remesh.chat/help/test
- Ensure everyone can access port 443 and the https and wss protocols
- Run a test session on the network (ideally in each location/office if the networks are likely to be different) and have participants respond to one of each question type.

If accessing the link via mobile device and experiencing connectivity issues, try switching your connection to data rather than wifi, if available.

If you are accessing via a work device, it is possible that Remesh could be blocked by their employer's network. We recommend logging off of VPN or join on your phone.
