Post Conversation Analysis- Visualize 1

Collections Breakdown Visualization

Make sure you have at least one Collection and one Segment programmed before accessing Visualize. You can then select a Collection and Segment within the Visualize space to create the visualization.

In this visualization, you are able to see the responses in your Collections broken apart by the Segments that submitted those responses. For example, the visualization below shows that:

  • Male and Female have talked about Better Benefits a similar amount
  • All of the Better Pay responses were submitted by the Female Segment

Agreement Distribution Visualization

Make sure you have at least one Collection and one Segment programmed before accessing Visualize. You can then select a Collection and Segment within the Visualize space to create the visualization.

In this visualization, you are able to see the average % agree of any of your Segments towards the different Collections that you have created. For example, the visualization below shows that:

  • Working Remotely has the highest agreement between all participants
  • Between the Female segment, Better Pay has the highest agreement.

You are able to interact with the visualization by hovering over the bubbles to get information on the agreement percentages and the distribution of the agreement for each Segment
