[Programming Your Discussion Guide](https://help.remesh.ai/preparing-for-your-remesh-conversation?hsLang=en#programming-your-discussion-guide) # Import Discussion Guide from Existing Conversations ### Overview You can import discussion guides from any existing conversation across your Teams or from Conversations that have been shared with you. 1. Navigate to the Discussion Guide tab in Build and select **Import.** 2. A modal will open up with three options for importing a discussion guide. Select **Existing Conversation.**    A new modal will open up with a list of the Conversations that you have access to. This list includes **all** of the Conversations from the Teams you're a member of and Conversations shared with you. Select the Conversation with the discussion guide you'd like to use and click **Import**.  1.
