Recruitment is how you bring the right participants into your Remesh research. The best approach depends on your timeline, audience, and level of control you need. This guide outlines your main recruitment options and when to use each. 

Remesh is a web-based platform, and participants will access via a link on any device with an up to date browser and access to the internet.

Our in-house recruitment team works with vetted recruitment partners who know how and who to recruit to get you the audience and insights you're looking for. They will help you develop your screener then manage recruiting and managing participants leading up to your research. After your research, they will manage participant incentives as well.

OnDemand Recruit allows you to source participants directly through the platform. This is the quickest and most affordable way to launch a study without managing participant outreach yourself. You'll select the participant criteria you'd like to recruit, then our system will work behind the scenes to recruit and manage participants.

  • You are hoping to recruit without complex logic or criteria, typically with an incidence rate of 15% or higher.
  • You want our system to manage participant communication and incentives for you

Further Reading

Utilize an External Recruitment Agency

⭐ Best for: Hard to reach or highly specific audiences

You can work with a third party recruiter to source participants, then direct them into your Remesh conversation. You may need to educate your recruitment agency about how Remesh recruitment works and work with them to make sure they have all the necessary resources to recruit successfully.
