Getting Started
After logging into the Remesh platform, users will see a tab on the left-hand side titled "Help Center". Click the drop-down and an area titled "Getting Started" will open.
Users can quickly access helpful resources on the Getting Started page to learn more about the Remesh Platform.
Learn
Across the top of the Getting Started page is a list of three options. The first one is "Learn". On the Learn tab, users will find a collection of videos and support articles that help explain all things Remesh.
Practice
The Practice section of the Getting Started page houses a pair of conversation simulations. Users can practice a simulated conversation to explore the moderator experience, different question types and their outputs, and post-conversation exports.
Collaborate
The final section of the Getting Started page is titled "Collaborate". Here, users can find articles that teach how to create teams and invite users. We recommended Workspace and Team Admins use this page as a resource.
