How it Works
When you log in to Remesh, you’ll land on your My Conversations dashboard.
View and Access your Conversations
- Suggested Conversations:
- This section shows your four most recently accessed conversations and is featured prominently at the top for quick access.

- All Conversations List
- All the conversations you have access to (private, shared, and team conversations) are listed and sorted by the Last Activity so you’ll see your most recent projects first.
- Table View/Card View: You can toggle between table view and card view for quicker scanning and reading by clicking the icons in the top corner above the Conversations List.
- Filter Options: You can filter by Conversation Type, Purpose, Status, and Location.
- All the conversations you have access to (private, shared, and team conversations) are listed and sorted by the Last Activity so you’ll see your most recent projects first.
Create a Conversation
To create a conversation, simply click the large blue ‘+’ button in the top right corner. From here you can choose your conversation type and details. Learn more about how to Create a Conversation here.
Find a Conversation
If the conversation you’re looking for isn’t readily available on your My Conversations page, there are a few ways to quickly track it down.
- Global Search: Using the search bar at the top of the screen, enter the terms you’re looking for and click Enter or Return key to search. Results shown will include any conversations and/or folders that include your search term(s)
- Upcoming and Recently Ended Conversations: See conversations that are coming up or recently ended.
- Click ‘Upcoming’ from the left-side menu on your dashboard.
- Upcoming Conversations: Select Upcoming to see conversations that are happening in the near future. Conversations scheduled this week appear first, followed by conversations scheduled within the next 30 days.
- Upcoming Conversations: Select Upcoming to see conversations that are happening in the near future. Conversations scheduled this week appear first, followed by conversations scheduled within the next 30 days.
- Click ‘Upcoming’ from the left-side menu on your dashboard.
- Recently Ended Conversations: Select Recently Ended to see conversations that have concluded within the last 30 days.
- Team Folders: All teams you have access to are listed under ‘My Teams’ from the left side menu on your dashboard. Select a team name to access your team’s folders and conversations, which are organized to make it faster and easier to find your most relevant conversations.
- Team folders — listed and sorted by Last Activity — are at the top of the screen.
- Your team’s top five most recently active folders are visible first. Use the pagination arrows and/or numbers to access additional folders.
- You can see the total number of conversations that are housed within each folder
- Team folders — listed and sorted by Last Activity — are at the top of the screen.
- Team Conversations: All your team’s conversations are listed and sorted by the Last Activity.
- Your team’s top 10 most recent projects are visible first. Use the pagination arrows and/or numbers to access additional team conversations.
- You can toggle between table view and card view by clicking the icons in the top corner.
Edit Conversation Details
You can edit Conversation details including the Conversation title, move Conversations to different folder locations, and even duplicate Conversations. There are two ways to access the Editing menu to perform these actions.
- Right-click the Conversation from a menu card or table row
