Archive or Delete Conversations


Archiving a conversation removes it from your Team and places it in the Archive space. Workspace and Team Administrators can also permanently delete a Conversation.

Note: Deleting a conversation that has been merged with one ore more other conversations will result in the merge being deleted. The conversations that were merged will still exist, but the merge will be removed.


  1. Right click on a conversation.
  2. Click Archive
  3. A popup will appear with a confirmation message
  4. Click Confirm

Permanently Deleting

  • Navigate to the Archive tab. You should now see your conversation here. 

  • Right click on your desired conversation and select Delete Permanently

  • A confirmation modal will appear asking you to enter your user email to confirm.

  • Please note that this action cannot be reversed.
